What we collect
Browsing LA Mall Guide requires no account and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and operations.
Contact form
If you use the contact form, the name, email, and message you submit are stored by Netlify Forms and emailed to us. We use them only to respond to you and never sell or share them.
Advertising purchases
Sponsorship payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we receive only the business details you enter (name, contact, ad copy) so we can run your placement. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment itself.
Third-party embeds
Store pages embed Google Maps and map pages load tiles from CARTO/OpenStreetMap; store logos load from Google's favicon service. Those requests are subject to the respective providers' privacy policies.
